Opening Weekend vs. UMass Lowell in Port St. Lucie

Texas suffocated Rice today in their doubleheader...I honestly think we are better than Rice but they still looked great today.

Trap game tomorrow with Texas looking kinda beatable next week. Our players cannot get too amped about that game.

I want a resounding win tomorrow. I hope this team has the mindset of putting their foot on their opponent's throat early and often.

I am embarrassed to ask this because maybe I missed it but where is toppa? I know yahn broke his hand but did not see any news on toppa

Prato having a ton of defensive issues this series, yeesh.

Looks like Feole will be our Sunday starter. 4-0 Lowell.

Good start for UConn offense with a solo Prato homer in the bottom of the 1st. 4-1 UMass Lowell after 1st inning.

Nepiarsky was warming up in the 1st inning, so we may see him quickly if Domnarski continues to struggle.

So much for that. Two more runners on, and Domnarski is coming out after getting no one out in the bottom of the 2nd. Sam Nepiarsky in the game.

Nepiarsky gets three easy outs, but two more runs score on the outs. 6-1 UMass Lowell.

Kinda rough luck with hard contact, so we only scrap 2 across. 6-3 Lowell going to the 4th, the pitching needs to suffocate them.
