Is there any way of determining the exact local (European) starting time of the game on November 4?

Time right now is indicated as TBA by ESPN but will likely be at U.S. friendly viewing time, meaning it will have a local evening start time. Check for an official announcement closer to the game on websites of ESPN, UConn and/or Louisville. Since the game will be played at Ramstein AFB their website may also be checked regarding the local start time for the game.

Would guess the game could also be played sometime during the day at Ramstein, taped and put on by ESPN in prime time for the CT and KY audiences.
