They can move into the Big but Rutgers will always be Rutgers. Unbelievable.

But look at it this way. Good thing they didn't hire one of Pitino's assistants or they would be tweeting pics of whores saying $5.00
At least that's a good value!

Looks like they forgot Kemba. They can't even appropriate right.

They didn't forget Kemba. Hobbs never coached Kemba. Hobbs wasn't hired at UConn until after the 2011 season. He was at GW through 10-11. That's about the one thing they did get right.

Is it?

ESPN jab seems to imply Pikiell was behind the story... find that hard to believe. But I particularly like the last line...

"As desperate as a team might be to re-position its future by recreating its past, it’s best to stay in your own lane. Even if it’s the slow lane."
Breakdown lane

Rutgers Twitter probably would have been better off bragging about naked wind sprints.

Surprised none of our players featured have commented on the photo.

I like their new basketball slogan:
Our coaches were once UConn assistant coaches!

Hey, it worked for their soccer team. One of their few decent programs.

Rutgers does have a good soccer program, which they should considering the talent coming out of state such as Tim Howard, Tab Ramos, Claudio Renya, etc. None of whom played for Rutgers (Howard went pro, Ramos went to NC State, and Renya played at UVA), which partially explains why they have been close; but, have never won a NCAA title in soccer, unlike the UConn men.

That's a good catch. The thought that they could be that clever never crossed my mind.

They probably had him in there and Hobbs probably had to personally tell them it was incorrect, lol.

I believe it was naked free throws.
