wait, watching on my phone and just was able to get it... did that dude just shoot an underhanded free throw?

.-.
UConn sure not ready with prime time foul shooting. Painful. Floor shooting not great either.

See this is why I think there's something up with the rims. It just doesn't make sense that the two teams are a combined 10-22 from the line.

Rims don't matter when DHam's swishes everything!

They are double rims. Ollie talked about it as a problem for both teams the other day. They don't bounce the same.

Funny that analyst talked about what a good fundamental play it was when they drew a foul when they had a chance to hold for one. Cost them a point.

If you swish your shot rims are irrelevant...

The Dayton/TAMU game earlier:

Dayton shot 35% from the field, 11% from 3. 75% at the line.
TAMU shot 34% from the field, 30% from 3. 61% from the line.

Both teams combined for 37-105 from the field....

Yeah and despite our troubles we're actually on pace to score more than either team did in that game.

Looking forward to KO's halftime adjustments forcing even worse looks for CofC

I kind of penciled in 13-14 points for Purvis per game given that he avg 8 2 years ago in a part time role. Purvis is crucial as he would take pressure off of Boatright. So far through exhibition and this game he looks still like a part time player. Lets hope he comes alive. We played solid defense and took care of the ball redounded well but just missed shots. We looked really good for the first 3 minutes. I think Calhoun might be a real unexpected surprise. We need the upperclassman SF help to play 4-1 more. He isnt scared of taking the 3 or making a play--hopefully like he did when he was a freshmen. Lastly Boatright is a great player but hes smaller than both Walker and Napier who were both small. He densest have the little extra size they had--and what made them just slightly different. We need to take pressure of Ryan with this team.
