? .... He's doing fine. Crappy WR's and an online that can't push a 2 defense
No he was not fine. He was not even close to fine.

Any option plays, reverses? If so were they successful?
Boyle seems to throw a too many touch passes over the top. Low percentages

What's your opinion on Sherrifs then?
It means that on third down, he seems to default to low percentage touch passes versus drilling a pass into someone to move the chainsWhat does this even mean?
I was sitting right above those empty seats. Security was keeping people away. Looks like recruits and their families were sitting on the 50 in the half empty section. That is the strangest seating pattern I've ever seen. Did someone break wind?
Forte... one simple concept that you must realize...Boyle still can not throw on the run and Sheriffs can...say no more...like whaler said sheriffs is your? .... He's doing fine. Crappy WR's and an online that can't push a 2 defense
My one Boyle observation : from the moment the ball is snapped, he stares down his primary target every. single. time.
He has to run. It will open up the field to better utilize the other skill positions. He will play until he gets nicked up. Is Garrett similar?I also think the format limited Shirrefs some...a few times he was ready to run and pulled up and threw once he was essentially "tagged" and called down but no way the defender takes him down in a game. He was past the guy.
Yeah. Davis did that today too, but... Those were his first college snaps. He throws into coverage as if the defenders are invisible. The TD to INT ratio is not an accident.

It always seems like he doesn't anticipate his receivers continuing their routes? He throws into coverage as if the defenders are invisible. The TD to INT ratio is not an accident.
That is correct. He made some nice throws today but it is so obvious he locks onto one guy from the snap.My one Boyle observation : from the moment the ball is snapped, he stares down his primary target every. single. time.
Looks like freshman qb will play in second half. He is put together
Tyler Davis doesn't look like a freshmen. I liked his command, body language, size, pocket presence, maneuverability and arm strength. I think he could be ready for prime time. Looks like a young Ben Rothlisberger.
