I thought of Shonn Miller, but in terms of high impact on a powerhouse team… not so much.Probably the best, one year, high impact, addition we have had since Henefeld. Both players make their teammates better with their smart play. Henefeld is a UConn legend and Cam has a chance to be one as well.
Congrats, he’s still an extremely efficient offensive playerTonight he's 2-10 from the field an 1-8 from behind the arc.

Congrats for what? His efficiency will drop. At least one of us contributed to this thread.Congrats, he’s still an extremely efficient offensive player
And sealed the game. Spend your energy worrying about your own team.Tonight he's 2-10 from the field an 1-8 from behind the arc.
Miller kept us above water due to the roster we had along with Gibbs.I thought of Shonn Miller, but in terms of high impact on a powerhouse team… not so much.
Cam is currently etching his name in UConn lore.
yea he was ranked 114th, which is nuts considering the production/efficiency he had in the Big 10 last year.247Sports re-ranked the transfers again (think they do this monthly). Spencer is #4 behind Dickinson, Knecht and Love. I think someone said before that he was ranked around the 100th best transfer before the season started.
NO. 4: CAM SPENCER, SG — UCONN HUSKIES
Stats: 14.9 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 3.4 APG, 1.5 SPG (49.3% FGs, 45.4% from three)
Team Record: 18-2, 8-1 Big East
No. 1 (AP Poll), No. 4 (NET), No. 3 (KenPom)
UConn is proving all doubters wrong, yet again. Dan Hurley and the Huskies are absolutely rolling right now and a big piece to this team's success has been due to the addition of Cam Spencer.
Spencer may not have the physical evaluators like size, length and athleticism, but he's proving why those things are being overvalued. While he looks like a YMCA legend, his toughness, IQ, confidence, skill and shot-making are making him an absolute star in Storrs.
UConn had a major void to fill after the departure of Jordan Hawkins and Spencer has done more than enough to fill it.

It will drop. Providence did a good job contesting his threes, and he didn't have a good night. And then his efficiency will go up or down depending on his next game.Congrats for what? His efficiency will drop. At least one of us contributed to this thread.
Kemba had a pretty nice middy- just ask McGee!![]()
The other Hamilton, I always thought was our best ever mid-range jump-shooter; Daniel HamiltonCam mid range jumper is a thing of beauty and the closest thing I can recall is Rip.
Along with his lethal 3 point shooting, and more devastating BBIQ, I’m really glad he is one of us.
How good would Kansas be if they got cam instead of Timberlake
Cam already is a UConn legend. He’s really been a tremendous player for usProbably the best, one year, high impact, addition we have had since Henefeld. Both players make their teammates better with their smart play. Henefeld is a UConn legend and Cam has a chance to be one as well.
What makes for a great program is how many remarkable kids roll through. So many special ones beyond those that land in the NBA.Cam already is a UConn legend. He’s really been a tremendous player for us
Aside from getting great players, Hurley has brought in incredibly likable kids.
