I've seen all the regulars ten times over. My weekend is pretty freed up and I would like some good holiday specials/movies that might not be on the "usual" list.
- Really think about what you're going to post. "Love, Actually" is not a sleeper. Neither is "Die Hard".
- Open to period TV specials. Have seen garbage like Donny and Marie Christmas specials and enjoyed that kitsch
Oh, and the first person that says "Elf" gets punched in the throat by Fishy.
Thanks for the type of thread that makes me glad you haven't Ignored me.
Even with unlikelihood that I'll follow up and watch from this list, it's good to know the hive mind has been activated on this topic just in case.
If your watch total on "Bad Santa" hasn't yet hit 10, I recommend putting another viewing into your mix. Though directed by Terry Zwigoff, it holds status as "my favorite Coen Brothers movie," because of their joint credit as Executive Producers.
And if you've already hit your 10-watch quota on "Bad Santa," Zwigoff's "Crumb" & "Ghost World" aren't holiday movies, but they also aren't on "usual" lists.
