Yeah, he really does have a similar game to Kobe. I expected he'd be good. Not sure I thought he'd be this good. KU is better than I thought they'd be.
 
One take away from games last night is that you can officially add another top 10 team to our early OOC because AZ fits the bill. They are going to be very good and a tough matchup. They had upside based on Peat/Burries and 3 returners, but didn't expect it to show that fast. This early season slate is going to be a guantlet.
 
Karaban and Stew should be the assignment for Peat and his postgame. Ross will have all he handle with AJ. Can’t wait to see these matchups.

This might be the best freshman class of all time. The big 3, Koa Peat, Arkansas duo, Ament, Yessoufou, Caleb Wilson, Jasper Johnson are all ridiculously good. Hopefully Mullins will join that list when we see him back in action.

It's chronic - this freshmen class is amazing. Let's hope Braylen can classify into this category because the top 10 or so are off the charts good.

This is the reason may fringe draft potentials will skip this year for next, the first 10-15 sports are essentially spoken for. Anyone thinking Solo or Demary are leaving are being short sited.
 
Freshmen are given the keys more nowadays but Jordan, Barkley, Olajuwon, Ewing, Mullin, Dumars, Detlef Shrempf, Sam Perkins, Charles Oakley, Alvin Robertson, Kevin Willis were all in the same class and they're going to be pretty damn tough to beat.

What a marvelous year for Tatum to be injured and the Celtics to slip into the lottery.

Yes these freshmen had great 1st games BUT look who they played = with the exception of Arizona all played UNH type teams - buy games

No idea. The depth just means someone good may be available. Peterson's passing made me think he can be a PG at the next level. PG and C the biggest needs because Brown can be a 2 or 3 and Tatum can be a 3 or 4. They may also have a nice SG in Gonzalez.

I love that you inadvertently/purposefully included Villanova in that mix of scrub teams!

The class they’d be competing with would be the 08 class I believe and I’m not sure who else off the top of my head.

Yeah that’s why I asked because a lot of the talent is coming from the 2-4 positions or scoring PGs.

For all the players in the class there’s not much at center as it stands. But can always stock up on assets to prepare potential trades anyways.

Don’t sleep on Nova, they played the game down to the last few minutes before losing, and they were missing two players. They may surprise a few people this year. There freshman star looked overwhelmed, but will get better as the season progresses.
