And to think some people had this team ranked ahead of UConn at the start of the season

greatest basketball conference EVAR!!!!!11

#GoACC

Matt Norlander of CBS ranked their backcourt ahead of ours and didn't even want to hear a debate about it, Bazz by himself wouldn't allow UConn to lose to Indiana State and North Dakota State.

I'd forgotten about that. Inyatkin's post pissed me off too. Unreal that Kemba didn't win POY.

Solid job by everyone not posting an "upset alert" before it was over. Congrats to NDSU.

Nice to see a "football school" get some hoops glory.

Brey's teams are consistently terrible defensively for a major conference program. You would have thought that he would have hired an assistant by now that could at least teach the basics.

Awful night for them watching the hoops team lose to ND State and losing their defensive coordinator within a few hours!

Aside from UConn winning, there is little in sports that gives me the warm fuzzies as much as Notre Dame losses, and in general, any misfortune befalling ND. It is my personal most hated school.

All the hate of ND aside, most ND fans seem to have taken the loss of their DC well and wish him luck at UConn.

Kemba should have been national player of the year because the only thing Jimmer was better at was shooting, which isn't nothing, but Kemba had a better year doing just about everything else. Big East player of the year to Hansbrough was a bad decision then and looks laughable in retrospect. And I'm aware UConn finished 9-9 in conference, in case anyone wants to mention that.
