Yes, it is pretty clear, you can go to the NCAA archive and look at the documents the committee uses in their process.

Not sure how the number of bracketologists is evidence that the process is unclear. There are a lot of them because they are the NCAA tournament version of the 247 crystal ball. People just love clicking on those links.

How would I be able to pick the tournament teams now when what happens between now and the end of the season will have a major impact on who gets in?
