Even though she doesn't normally start, Cunane always seems to get a lot of good minutes. I like the way she works. Rogers needs to get involved.

Lol, announcer: "Not sure how this is possible, but there are STILL tickets left for the ND @ Syr game."

There are more people in this thread commenting on tonight's game than there are at the Carrier Dome. I will be impressed if they can get 5k for that ... in a 30k seat arena. So yeah, tickets are still available.

But I did see a dog.:D

Halftime: Syracuse leading 37-35. Orange finished 2nd quarter on a 7-0 run. Elissa Cunane with 11 points ad Kiara Leslie 10 for NC State.

Kiara Leslie is one of the most underrated players in the country in my opinion. It would surprise me if she didnt get drafted

Halftime interview with Creme:

-- He's surprised that the committee didn't have Syracuse in the top 16 (he had them at #13). He pointed out it's really unusual for a team to be top 10 in both RPI and SOS and not be in the committee's top 16.

-- If Syracuse loses this game, he thinks they'd have to beat Notre Dame in order to crack the top 16.

-- He is "certain" that an NC State loss in tonight's game will drop them off the 2 line.

Syracuse is 8-17 from 3 and has 13 points off turnovers. Surprising they're not up by more with those stats.

Did anyone hear Charlie Creme's interview? My sister had called me during halftime and I missed it.

4:31 left 3rd quarter...Syracuse with a 50-49 lead.

State needs to slow down. They gonna be worn out by the start of the 4th quarter

She's outstanding. More people should be talking about her.

See my post above.

End of 3rd quarter...NC State leading 58-57. Kiara Leslie with 19 points...Elissa Cunane and DD Rogers with 15 each for NC State.

It just occurred to me -- all of NC State's scoring has come from 4 players.

Both teams playing well. This is a high quality game.
Syracuse 11-22 from 3.
NC State 8-18 from 3.

Crutchfield has had a rough game. Jones has grabbed a few boards but otherwise the bench has done nothing.

63-62, NC State...under 7 minutes to go. Cunane just hit a THREE for NC State.

This game really is like a heavyweight fight. Exchanging blows (and leads) with neither team running too far ahead of the other.

Just saw the ND-BC score

4:59 left...NC State up 67-64. We're heading toward an exciting finish.

Critical play when Mangakahia picks Leslie's pocket and cuts the lead to 2. Leslie looked really tired on that play.

Then Mangakahia gets another steal on the inbound pass and is headed to the line for FTs to tie the game. She makes 1 of 2. One-point game with 29 seconds to play.
