Talia Goodman followed up this post with another saying Jenica is saying there will be other visits, but she didn't say where. Surely Iowa or Iowa State, or both, will get a visit, don't you think?

She's been to Iowa City many times but never on an official; some have speculated Raina Harmon getting the head coaching job at Florida Gulf Coast may have hurt Iowa's chances. No direct quotes on any of this.

ND has been on Lewis for a while now. I’m shocked Iowa/Iowa State isn’t in that top 5. So I would assume that top 5: Oregon, UNC, Duke, Kentucky, and ND. Kentucky has already Greenway and Swords. UNC/Duke/Notre Dame all good academic schools. Oregon is now in the Big 10 with $$$. Personally, as a ND fan (my whole life), Niele needs a player like Lewis. She reminds me a lot like Marina Mabrey. Niele has already gotten Ragone—maybe she can get Harpring (who plays AAU with Ragone, Lewis, Robinson, and/oe Bjorn. If so, that’s a good class!

That's not really a top five, though. Lewis has indicated she will make other visits. These are just the ones she has scheduled so far.
 
Ooh. My bad. I just saw the tweet with that five and thought it was her top 5. I am thinking about buying the paywall to just read the articles.

I've been tempted, but the cost is a bit high in my opinion.

Since the Hawks Rivals site got gobbled up I can't read that forum anymore. Found that out when I tried popping over to see what the fans were saying about Lewis. I liked being about to drop into that women's forum as a Cyclone/Gopher fan. Any other fan forums for Hawks left? on3 86'd the Iowa WBB forum, seems to have merged with the MBB posts, but I can't read them anymore.

Like Bjbod posted about Iowa, Lewis has been to Iowa State (it's only 40 minutes from her HS) for visits and games. Thing is I've really not had any inkling that are really in the running for her.

247 site up and running but I believe need to subscribe to get access to WBB info. Usually able to get annual access for approx $30/year if you wait for specials. I think they usually run one over Labor Day.
 


A late 2025 addition for Kansas State. Interesting twist is that she has been playing pro overseas and was drafted last season.

Saniyah Hall just committed to USC on ESPN. Whenever JuJu comes back, they will be unstoppable. Hall, Davidson, Smith, and Watkins.
 
Where do you all think the other top prospects will go? I know that ND is on Harpring, Bjorn, Jada Porter, and Abii. I saw an article that said Jerzy Robinson was looking for good academics as well as “faith based” (paraphrasing). However, I know Geno has been recruiting her hard the past couple of years. Personally, I think Niele Ivey needs a player like Robinson to be “the one” after Hildalgo leaves.

They all play the same position though.

I wonder what USC has done to convince all of these kids that they are place to go? Money is the easy answer.

The answer is the portal. USC has experience with that wormhole.

I had a feeling Geno wasn’t getting her either. I thought it was going to be either Ohio State, USC, or SC. However, her top 4 were, USC, UCLA, SC, UNC.
