What part of the New York market will the SEC have?
the part that watches the NC game.

The Moonshiners do not realize how much credibility they lose every time they make their litany of ACC Apocalypse tweets.
BC?
That Man is an idiot. Please send Andrew Wamugi our collection of multiple pictures of BC games with NOBODY there; and please inform all ... there is no buzz within the 128 loop for that sports program, except the Beanpot. That's the only thing that NE ever focuses on for the Eagles.
ACC is dead if B12 gets a network. Hoping uconn is on the right side of that and sticks it to those Coastal duck*ers.Utini@PromiscuousJawa
The ACC met with reps from Cincinnati, PennSt, and one other school (likely UCONN) as recently as January 19th. Separate meetings.
Utini@PromiscuousJawa
2nd source confirmed aforementioned ACC meetings. Done via proxy reps. Would not give name of 3rd school but confirmed it was NOT uconn.

SEC explored expansion with available teams. content to wait out GOR. Prefer ACC adds. Also doesn't expect B12 teams to be available.

Doesn't expect B10 expansion any time soon but expects provisions to allow later expansion to be written into new TV deal.

Good God who would Utini@PromiscuousJawa presume to be the third team involved if not UCONN. Penn State is never leaving the B1G now that Maryland is in the fold and UVA and UNC are possible targets of B1G.

to be fair, these people posting on twitter should be the equivalent of crazy people yelling to themselves in an empty roomMama Mia. The idea that PSU would even offer a courtesy meeting to the ACC is incomprehensible. Should these people be allowed to drive?

@MH ver3 except no one watches UCONN football. Their TV ratings are very mediocre.
Nah, I think Illinois has just had enough and would rather be part of the Big East.Nobody is leaving the B1G for the ACC. Nobody is leaving the B1G. Period.
Agreed but anyone in our region willing to watch any B12 network game counts - it's not just UConn ratings in a vacuum. That's not even true. Our bowl game ratings were very competitive and that's with our program just coming off it's nadir.

Unbelievable to have so little self-awareness that you can completely contradict yourself in a matter of two tweets.
3rd school likely UConn, but source confirmed it was NOT Uconn.
I suspect the ACC is going after a tiny private school or a school in a smaller city outside the current footprint. This would be a perfect fit for the ACC. Perhaps they are going after Rice University or else maybe Memphis.
