Without Ice there's no sub for Jana. Geno basically has a choice: Jana or go small. Jana can't play for 40 minutes, so Geno is forced to go small at lease dome of the time. You can get away with small against the BE, but not the top teams. That is the value of Ice.

Aubrey is more than capable of playing center. I know she’s only 6’1”. But her length and athleticism allows her to match up effectively with much bigger post players.
