Due to ongoing renovations at Gampel Pavilion designed to enhance the gameday experience, UConn's annual First Night basketball event will not be held in 2025. The UConn Huskies look forward to seeing our students and fans out in force in the Basketball Capital of the World this season.

You want two separate (but equal) pep rallies? You must really like pep rallies.

The positive spin would be that perhaps in the production crew had a "dry run" they could pull the second one of with fewer technical problems.

Perhaps they can do two post-championship rallies for you next April. Sound okay?

? No guarantee the renovations @ People Bank Arena would be crowd ready in the beginning of October… First event is a Wolfpack Game on 10/17. UConn’s first exhibition games are 10/13 @ Mohegan.

I disagree on both. Especially recruits. If that's the thing that swings your decision? Yikes.
