“@DaveBorges: No Boatright tonight. Facey will play.”

Well we will lose this game for sure but will be fun to see next years team preview. Unless dham and RP go off like crazy.

This game actually becomes a lot more interesting to me, given that no one will expect them to win now.

.-.
I can't wait for the tsam is the worst basketball player ever threads after this game! Hopefully tsam will make me eat my words.

Still going to cheer just as hard.

I like T-Sam's toughness and I hope that tonight, that toughness translates to a good performance. However unlikely it may be, I will be rooting for it to happen

Actually it makes watching this game a little more intriguing. Its a 2015-2016 team preview and more importantly a test to see if they learned anything from this season.

Also it will give us a glimpse of who our leader 'could' be next season.

I think we will see dham running a lot of the offense as long as he is up for it.

Not expecting a ton out of him tonight. He's probably going to be exhausted (I don't blame him).

Without dham playing well tonight we won't have any chance so I hope you are wrong.

Maybe it's me but as soon as I see that stupid "NIT" logo near that stupid "A" on the court I'm going to lose any excitement over this game...

Purvis only plays well at the XL Center, so he's got some mojo to fight against.

And no, Terrence will not hit a 3. The only way that happens is if its a half-court heave.

He's given his all in a UConn jersey and had to put up with the NCAA BS early in his career
I can't blame him and/or KO on this decision and with the guy all the best in his future
I will sit back and look to how RP adjusts to a leadership role, how DHam will play after his long journey and burying his grandmother, will Omar pick up his game, will AB command the ball more.
This will be interesting and by no means an easy match-up if the ASU team that beat Arizona shows up.

Not that this team is better without Boatright, but they'll probably play better without Boat than they usually do when Boat sits on the bench.

When Purvis plays with confidence, he's lethal.

RP will be able to assume the alpha dog role he's more suited to. Expect him to go off, and the Dham to Brimah feed to be an important factor.

Covering their perimeter shooters will be our biggest challenge.

They're not playing Kentucky. They're not even playing Temple. They can beat Arizona State without Boatright.

You are seeing the end of an era tonight. Boatright, JC's last big time recruit. Now it's KO's kids and they look horrible. Purvis? He'll probably be OK. Hamilton? A lot of work to do, but maybe? The rest? Next year can very easily be UConn's first losing season since 1986-1987. The Huskies are in trouble.

Take it easy.

Hamilton - maybe? Stick to football.

Seriously. I'm on record as suggesting next year's team will be better than this year's. I think they're a tournament team--and likely in the Top 20 seeds.
