There was a high def version of this going round the Yard back then where you could see everybody's faces. Some of the expressions were priceless
Not if your A non casual fanI watched the entire replay of the game the other day. It's easy to forget about the rebound and time out call by Coombs-McDaniel that set up Kemba's game winner. Big pla
One of my favorite angles:
So was I. Except I had been out of UConn for over 30 years. But my parents lived near my work so I cut down on travel. 2 hours of personal time well spent. It was a Thursday noon game during spring break. So I was on my couch watching at my parents house, I was in school at the time at UConn.
As JC would say, "The perfect shot starts in your toes and ends in your fingertips."
One of my favorite angles:
Calhoun waved Kemba on into his move, Kemba knew exactly how much time he had to steal Gary McGhee's ankles/soul and hit the shot.I always liked how KO stood up when Kemba went into his move. He knew Kemba was taking it but he sat in his chair patiently and stood up right at go time. I love to watch the bench and crowd on some of these old classic videos.

I was there! It’s one of those plays where you’ll never forget where you were when watching it. Still get chills everyone I watch it.

How he could go crazy chest bumping with Jalen Adams to calmly shaking nose picker Boheim's hand...LOLHelluva board there!! AND he called the timeout.Man I forgot Coombs-McDaniel got the big rebound. Shot about to happen on ESPNU.
One of my favorite stats from that season: Pitt had two No. 1 seeds (Big East and NCAA tournaments) and won a total of one game. We had a 9 and a 3 and won 11 gamesT'm still amazed at how incredibly badly Pitt played in the post season during its Big East years. They gave us some of the most incredible regular season and BET games.
Best play of his UConn career.Helluva board there!! AND he called the timeout.
I believe this is the one! Thanks. Look at the composition! Classic. Bloengs in the Louve.
But having trouble saving a HD copy. Any ideas?
I didn't attend SU, but I also didn't attend UConn. However, the Huskies have been my hoop team since the days of Jimmy Foster and Tony Hanson. You UConn alums have a more visceral hatred for them than I do, though I did find the "Louie & Bouie" SU duo maximally annoying.
