Your English comprehension is pretty poor. Humans are animals. Nobody says otherwise. Those are not the names of animals. They are jobs, professions, denotions of heritage or location or vocations. They are not the name of the animal however.

A 49'er is a person who mined for gold
A King is a person of royalty who rules over others
A Chief is a person of native descent who led his tribe

I could go on and on, like love & marriage....
