Insanity = Being Proved Right

Everything I wrote a year ago is now just conventional wisdom for reporters on the NFL beat.

The opposite side is now just full of proven lies. Fer instance: Brady destroyed his cell phone. Reality: Brady was told he fully cooperated, Wells told him he didn't need his cell phone if he was given the text data. Another lie: Brady claimed he never discussed the deflated balls in phone conversations with equip. manager. Reality: when the NYC judge released the transcripts of the Brady interviews, Brady clearly said that he called the equip. manager to talk about the deflated balls.

You have to be a dumbf**k to still be taking the NFL's side on this issue.

Admittedly I'm a Pats fan, but that doesn't make me wrong. (I've also said numerous times it wouldn't surprise me if the Pats did something shady, and I stand by that. But the NFL's case here is - and always has been - laughable.)

Yup. Really disappointed he couldn't read the tea leaves there. Doesn't he get the animosity and egos of a bunch of other billionaire owners? It was and remains a weak move on Kraft's part.

Unfortunately, there's no shortage of dumb people. Or smart people who decide to act dumb on this topic because they root for a different team.
