Could mean something, ... or nothing, Tanya EKE??
I looked her up. Ms. EKE was listed on the team web page as a Junior, Jersey # 32, playing
for the Eastern Michigan University "Eagles" . Height:
6'3" Stats: 9.5 ppg 0.1 assists?, 7.3 rebounds per game. She led the team in blocks
and was #2 in rebounds 1.7 blocks per game 45th in the nation.
She is from Madrid, Spain. Not sure where this idea really came from... but those of
some background facts.

Now Fritz and Jalynn Bristow can talk about their time at Iowa State while they count their $25,000 in collective dough in Lubbock . . . :p

Goodness the UCLA-USC series should get some hype. I assume the matchups will be available on real television channels this year.

Maybe on the weekends. Can't imagine weeknight games on those carriers unless those LA schools play at 5-6 PM Pacific time.

BiG games are mostly owned by Fox and BTN, but NBC/Peacock does get a small slice, which is why one of the key Clark/Iowa games was on Peacock.

But even Peacock is a step up from PACN.

Maybe their plan is to put her inside and grab all the rebounds from their 3 point misses? ;)
If we watch the stats, we can now establish a conversion factor for d2 to d1 rebounds.

What would be the tipoff time? Can't imagine much attendance at 5 PM Pacific time.

Depends. Could see them, esp BTN, doing a double header — one from East/midwest at 7 or 8 eastern and then followed by a west coast game at 9/10. Or even a triple header.

One of the advantages of adding the west coast schools was that it opened up new time slots, meaning more $$

Fox scheduled a bunch of the Iowa games on the weekend. Only makes sense when wanting to compete against ESPN which owns that space. Peacock was leveraged during the week for Iowa night gamea. The fact it's a streaming service could mitigate the time difference, no different than ESPN+.

I get why Iowa games were selected. But, they are in the Central time zone; that made sense on week nights. Not sure it would make sense for home games at USC or UCLA on week nights if ratings and advertising dollars are the objective.
