Possible new logo

Saw this on the men's board but didn't see it over here. I like if it's the new one, especially that they have a version with the red tongue (and apparently green eyes!).

Yes, I'd like to see a splash of red tongue.

Yes, they are and I like the use of the red trim and tongue to make it pop.

I totally love it too. Love the meaner demeanor of the Husky. Not sure I like the red outline around the dog, but i'm sure that will grow on me...

I expected the worst and am pretty happy with this. I am wondering two things though - Doesn't it look a lot like another team's? and I don't think it looks that much tougher than our old logo. Are we changing just for the sake of changing? At any rate I'm not opposed to it. It's very nicely done.

I love it. It looks just like my beloved Gypsy, with the crystal blue eyes. Also the pupils of a husky (at least my Husky) are kind of a starburst pattern, as opposed to just round. Now, if they could make the logo howl, it would be perfect.

When I first looked at it... University of Washington immediately came to mind...... upon further inspection... .. their husky is a bit chubbier than the UCONN version.

I don't like it.....looks too much like the Washington Huskies logo......Jonathan is suppose to be all white with blue eyes......if they redo it in white with the same expression then I will be okay with it.....

@Tim_Fontenault The red's used when we have the UConn Athletics name underneath. When it's just the Husky, it will be no red.

The current logo is actually a Samoyed, not a Husky...
