That's also how I've used my cover, but as I understand the advice others say they have gotten from their grill dealers, they say it's better without any cover at all.

I cracked mine cooking a pizza on it. It was a cool, wet day and I think conditions had something to do with it.

This was last year. Their customer service was awesome. Send a picture and proof of purchase and they work with the dealer to replace it. No questions asked.

We bought a Genesis E330 or something like that today.

It has several features, most of which involves heat, I imagine.

The cardboard box looks solid and well-made. Past that, I cannot offer anything in the way of a review.

The people who make the portable fire pit I bought recently have just come out with a charcoal grill, for those purists who swear by charcoal. It's a bit spendy and it's not available until September, but it looks pretty promising:
