Of course the women have Morgan Valley coming onboard. The men have a new asst. as well.
The son of Bill Murray.....THAT Bill Murray...of movie fame/TV fame and for us golfers Pebble Beach fame.
Our fan base...guy-side...seem quite happy with the hire...has a deep hoop background.

I meant this to be OT...just messed that up somehow. Can a mod put that in the title?

Well, that raises a couple of interesting questions: 1. who had the better resume for the respective assistant coaching positions, Morgan or Luke? and 2. why are the receptions for these 2 individuals so different?

Luke was Danny's assistant as Rhode Island and Bill made it to quite a few of those games. He was "all in", wearing the gear and cheering from the stands and signing autograph's. Luke has the better resume simply because he doesn't have the 2 brutal years of Hartford on his resume.

He also is a very capable recruiter. Most think he won't be in Storrs long.

Also Wagner with DH. Kid has worked hard to become a top recruiter as an assistant as well as a solid offensive mind.

Cinderella story!

Do you think it's possible that Bill Murray may grace some of the women’s basketball games with his presence this year? If so, I wonder if Bill will be so impressed with Paige’s playing that he’ll try to pick her up just as he picked up bassist Tal Wilkenfeld following her set with Jeff Beck at Eric Clapton’s 2007 Crossroads Guitar Festival (although Paige is a bit bigger than Tal, and Bill is a bit older now….):
