Tennessee looks horrible. Where is their inside game?

They should get Stricklen more shot attempts.
 
I didn't see the first half, but judging from the comments by the broadcasters, Diggens was having her way with TN - my guess is at the half Tn was told to guard her, so now Deveraux is free for the open shots.
 
geesh Doris Burke just say Simmons stink...

doesnt seem like Warlick isnt upset with her

not really... McBride was doing the dammage in the firsst half

Warlick has no choice, they need scoring. ND is up big and time is running out.
 
more fouls called on ND. Novasel a non factor in the first half. the orange board is eating it's young. ND comes out en fuego in the 2nd half. the universe smiles...

Ok, here are 3 things I am taking away from this game besides the awful shooting

1.) Mallory is a great actress. I love how she just threw herself down after getting hit in the face. Btw, she got hit on the RIGHT side of her face yet she is holding her left side.....ugh

2.) I watched Diggins closely during the first half and she could of and should of been called for at least 3 fouls. And when she is called for one she is in complete shock!

3.) Does Pat Summit even coach anymore? I noticed that she hasnt said hardly anything if anything during the game. Is her dementia that far advanced? I thought it was only a mild form.
 
interesting stat for ND - no subs with any points and 2 of the starters have 3 combined points...

WE don't know actually. Mind you, Dementia is a progressive disease

No she really does not coach in games any more. Her assistants make all the decisions (which is part of the problem, coaching by committee can not possibly work at this level). The disease seems more advanced than has been let on.
 
All you need to see is who is standing up on the sidelines. That says it all. Prior to this announcement about Pat's health can anyone imagine her turning over the court duties to someone else.

6 of one........tightened things up a bit now, but that team just isn't schooled in reading offense...

Thanks Rady! I'm actually a RN, so I'm aware of this disease all too well. My impression when she announced was that of early onset, mild stage which can still take years to develop. If it has advanced this fast this is really not good for her. I wish her well

Amen, there is a difference between seeing the effects and wishing her ill will. No one should have to suffer from this horrible debilitating disease.

It may very well be that they kept this information under their hats for quite a while, only announcing when she was no longer able to disguise/hide the condition
 
Who is this schmuck with Doris Burke who keeps saying that ND is the best passing team in the nation...uh, last time I checked UCONN was rated #1 in assists and pass the ball very very well.

Skylar's facial expressions often have her appearing to be quite a whiner...not saying it's true, but if I only go by her face...
