you guys seem to forget Tennessee was ahead of Baylor by 6 with about 15 minutes left. Baylor went on a run as Griner took over, but Tennessee played them close for about 25 minutes. now the Stanford game was a blowout, but the Baylor game was close, relatively speaking.
i think in some way tennessee has regressed. losing to UVA was bad, but early. no shame in losing to Baylor. but the smackdown by 20 by Stanford was a bad effort. Kentucky's loss was nothing to be ashamed of. but beating a LSU team that got blown out by a BAD arkansas team by only 10 or so does not bode well for their recent efforts.
i agree it will depend which tennessee team shows up - i'd expect the game to be close early - maybe the entire first half. a lot depends on how the game is called. i understand some tennessee fans are already ready to jump all over the refs. i'm certainly rooting for ND to beat them down, but i don't know what to expect really...
