Wow...silly foul. If she could not stop the ND player, let them get the bucket. Now they are looking at a bucket plus a free throw.

What a surprise.... Fouls are 9-3 i/f/o ND.

Who is guarding Thomas? Only 5 pts. (P.S. This posting delay is ridiculous. WHY?????)

Good question. She has not gotten a lot of touches from what I have seen.

Well, if we do beat Stanford and play ND, I think Stef will get 20+ against Reimer. So we got that going for us.

Why do they always think that ONE player will make that big a difference?
They have a good system and it still exists with one less player. And don't forget she was a good player but not their best player.

Alyssa Thomas is good in the open court, and if she can get to the basket. ND is preventing both. Frese is being exposed here...Thomas carried them through the regional (and really, was Tennessee a strong 1 seed? Not exactly). Louisville almost came back on them after going completely cold in the 2nd half. Frese can't make adjustments, they will lose this game by 20 or more.

great defense by Maryland they are forcing ND into shooting lay-ups, and only 2 shots per possession

Anybody know anything about ACLs? Is Achonwa in pain?

And can anybody talk faster than Kayla McBride??

And if Dave O'Brien doesn't stop calling the players somebody's "little girl" I'm going to scream.

Can someone please tell this announcer it is Achonwa, not Ochonwa? At least know enough about the players to be able to pronounce their names. He has said "O"chonwa multiple times.

Why do all the ND players talk so fast? Every one of them I see interviewed talks like their hair is on fire and they need to rush for water.

I wish they had been given more of a fight from MD.
