(it's on espn3.com if you have ti)

Anyway....I admit to markedly disliking Notre Dame.

HOWEVER, 33-14 FT disparity with the way ND plays?? Really??

Secondly, when Doris Burke, who take great pains to NEVER criticize officials, gripes about that reffing, you can be pretty certain there's an issues (and I'm no fan of hers).

I just really thought the game was bad for the Women's game in general....maybe one of the worst officiated games ever.

Thoughts???

I think we all agree. It is really getting silly. ND parades to the line by jumping into defenders. What happened to initiating contact. I hope the remaining teams learn from this. When ND penetrates freeze and take a charge. This is exactly what happened to UConn in the FF last season and 2 games this season. With Novosel on the bench with foul trouble in the BE tourney UConn won.

We need all of our good Catholic brothers and sisters of Husky fandom to go light a candle if we have a rematch.

This good Catholic sister is going to put in a special word with Saint Lucy.

She's the patron saint of the blind and perhaps can help the refs see the light.

While you're at it, strike up a chat with St. Jude to remind Notre Dame that theirs is a LOST CAUSE.

I am making my plea to the little-known St. Ann or, more specifically, St. Raggedy Ann, the patron saint of floppy bodies. I am asking her to intercede for the sake of preventing fake flops that disrespect the plight of those living with floppiness as a way of life every day. Can I get a Don'tLetemFoolya? Can I get an Amen?

Amen, Brother!

It might help to identify the date when the relics of Raggedy Ann were transferred from Duke to ND.

There is disagreement about the timing among religions. Rome actually claims the transfer never took place. However, there is a blurry cell phone video circulating on the Internet. It shows the women's team in South Bend reaching up to touch a 12-inch, red and white, roughly human-shaped form pasted over door as they leave the locker room at game time. Over the tattered figure, in middle-ages calligraphy, are the words "Flop down Annie."

I don't think they flop, they pretty much "crash" right into people. Maybe St. Crash Test Dummies?
