Just dropping in to say thank you UConn for knocking out public enemy #1 and in light of recent events on the men’s side, thank you Duke for taking out the scummiest school in America, LSU. May this be the first of many heart breaks and painful losses for that entire athletic program for the foreseeable future. #BootUp (their backside).
Triad, do you need a medic?
Duke snatched defeat from the jaws of victory...but then changed their mind and snatched victory again. Congrats to Coach Lawson and crew. Enjoy as much Cheerwine as you want tonight @triaddukefan !
And you know this why?Geno’s teams typically get calls and no calls that would be make Coach K blush.
This is a great angle. What a play call
A mix of both along with being sped up to play at Michigan's pace. Louisville isn't a transition type of team. They prefer to play at a slower pace.Wow Louisville shot 35% overall and 21% from 3. Was Michigan's defense that nasty, or just a bad day? Also 18 TOs.
No you're not. The backcourt and wings battle between these teams will be interesting. My question is what can we expect with the play in the paint? Oldacre and Cunningham will be an interesting match up against the likes of Sofilkanich and Dudley.Am I crazy for thinking Michigan matches up better with Texas than most?
They have Brook Quarles-Daniels to theoretically bother Harmon, have an elite wing in Olivia Olson, plenty of size on the perimeter, and a strong team defense.
Texas is the favorite and probably wins but this upset wouldn’t floor me. Michigan’s been knocking on the door of beating an elite team all season.
Well, the four teams in Fort Worth yesterday shot a collective 18% from three.Wow Louisville shot 35% overall and 21% from 3. Was Michigan's defense that nasty, or just a bad day? Also 18 TOs.
So the rims are providing most of the defense?Well, the four teams in Fort Worth yesterday shot a collective 18% from three.
Sight lines? Lighting? I've noticed the poor shooting percentages as well. It's not all good defense. So the rims are providing most of the defense?
I did see that clip of the presser with Geno pointing out shooting woes from deep for almost everybody.
Michigan shot 47% and Texas shot 55% from the field today. Both teams 3pt FG were over 30% as well. Some teams seem to have adjusted. 🤷🏾♀️Sight lines? Lighting? I've noticed the poor shooting percentages as well. It's not all good defense.
