Can a Mark Few team ever finish the deal? Seems Gonzaga always jumps out to leads and than blows them in the tourney.

Gonzaga is 2-16 from three and is still looking good. Karnowski, "the polish mountain" as I call him is a beast. If they shoot even close to what they normally do from downtown and they're blowing UCLA out of the building. They're getting good looks just not knocking them down (maybe it's the dome).

Let's hope they save all of their shooting for Duke (if they both advance).
 
Lulz, it looks like Abu really let his offensive "explosion" from his first 2 NCAA games go to his head. He can't buy a bucket, but keeps forcing it every time he touches it. The best was that backdown near the end of the 1st half in which his turnaround shot hit the top of the backboard.

All that said, I'm still hurting he's not a Husky...
 
Ha Matt Santangelo, Ricky completly shut him down, of course they don't mention who Gonzaga lost to in that Elite 8 game.
 
Anton Gill coming out of absolutely nowhere for UL.
 
Louisville has the Hargrave Military connection with Gill, Harrell, and Rozier helping them advance to the elite8.

Things are going poorly and you have a top-40 kid gathering dust on the bench that you can break out for a spark.

Was Abu even in the game the last 12 minutes?

I'm surprised Ville made this look pretty easy in 2nd half. Abu & Freeman just ate everything in the paint vs Nova. Thought they'd have a good shot at keeping Harrell in check and win the boards. Rozier with 14 rebounds?

How did Grant Hill earn a spot with #1 team when he literally just started doing games this year? Not sure if no Greg Anthony plays a part because they've been doing the 3 man team for a few years now and we're gonna have to fill Steve Kerr's spot, but they should just let Nantz and Raftery handle things as a duo. Hill is dry and adds nothing.

The refs need to stop being the Gezpatcho don't ruin a good game. BS foul even Grant Hill thinks it was a bad call let them fight for the damn ball.
 
3rd foul on Wright was bogus as hell, this stretch can completely change the game, hopefully Utah can manage these last 4 minutes of the half
 
Wright shoulda punched that ref. What an awful call, prob cost them thr game
 
Watching teams attack Duke's overplay defense is so frustrating. You're being guarded 40 feet from the hoop, don't hold up your fist and run a play just go by your man.

Utah did a good job of closing out the half, I thought that 10pt lead was gonna stretch out to 15. Hopefully Wright can avoid fouls in the 2nd half.

Duke just has so many weapons. You can't duck* around like Utah is on offense and expect to win.

That one stretch was an 8 pt swing 2 missed layups by Utah along with 2 fast break turnovers for Duke just can't have that.
 
If Duke plays D like this against UK it will be Dunk City.
 
Feels like Utah has missed on at least 10 pts right at the rim with point blank misses, with Poeltl being responsible for most of em
 
The stat geeks had me believing in Utah. They look completely overmatched.

Yeah, in the end that will be a big part of my memory of Boat's Husky career. Trice has looked really good every time I've seen him this year. Boat made him look like a middle schooler.
