NCAA offers plan to bring athletes back to campus

That's not going to work. Staff have to go home at night, some students live off campus, some commute, and many students have jobs to go to.
ok then you simply get tested every time you want to enter campus.

You do realize you can just walk onto campus so unless you're going to ring fence the place like a prison, you will never fully control access. It's a public space.

It should be very simple and this should apply to all students and visitors.
Everybody who enters campus must be tested at the gate.
If you test negative you are allowed then on campus and you then cannot leave the campus.

Honest curiosity questions, do they have different tests for the active infection versus the anti-bodies? If you test positive for antibodies are you considered safe in a public setting? I could imagine a scenario were you are still actively infected but have developed some anti-bodies but not yet enough to eliminate the active virus from your system.
Anybody know?

I just read a report on foreign basketball players for Colorado that says paperwork won’t allow them to return until August. Anyone know how this will affect Anna and Nika?
