I mean, but seriously. This is a scandal. The NCAA has been so biased, and blatantly so, that there should be a congressional investigation. Absolutely outrageous. The NCAA seems to think that they're unaccountable to anyone. Perhaps they are. But that must change.

If there was anyway they could, the NCAA probably would have sanctioned UConn for having the nerve for even SUBMITTING a waiver application and an appeal. NCAA: How dare they!! Anyone that thinks this is just a coincidence, better think again.

No denied waivers have been published because UConn didn't submit any. It would be interesting to look into the history/reason(s) behind each one the the applicants above, and compare theirs with Evina's. If anyone has any insight on any of these transfers, please share.

She is probably better than ND's other options at point guard and she adds much-needed 3-point shooting.

I doubt she would have got much run back when the Irish were a perennial Final Four team. But now...she does improve the squad in a meaningful way.

Not a star or anything but her availability will be an asset for ND.

She may help ND have a winning record, but I don't see them winning the ACC again this year.
