I'm amazed that people can even feign interest in watching Ivy League sports. Good for them though; no reason they shouldn't try to get paid too.

These games aren't going on NBC, they are going on Versus (now called NBC Sports Network). They already show a good bit of college hockey, and the Yale/Harvard football game. I don't see this as a bad deal for them. The Ivy leagues have as much interest nationally as women's sports do.

They had a deal with VS...NBC bought VS out and turned it into NBC Sports....it's that's sports channel way up in the lineup that shows mostly infomercials! This really isn't anything new, they've been showing IVY football and basketball for years.... Lacrosse is the kicker now, i'll be sure to tune in for that Penn-Harvard Thursday night matchup! (NOT)
