My bold prediction for this year is that the Pistons will make the NBA Finals.Yesterday -
Hawkins: 16 minutes off the bench. 15 points on 6-11. But was a -21 in 16 minutes?
Clingan: 28 minutes, 9 points, 10 rebounds, 3 blocks on 3-8 shooting
DNP-CD for Newton
Non-UConn: TSJ had 14 points in 23 minutes and Rob Dillingham had 13 points in 22 minutes, so if it wasn’t already decided, Newton is definitely out of Minnesota’s guard rotation. Buzelis had 19 points in 23 minutes, I’m watching him closely this year. Reed Sheppard went nuts, 29 points in 29 minutes on 12-22. Cade Cunningham 16/10 in 23 minutes, if the Pistons are good this year then he’ll be in MVP conversations. Jeremiah Fears with 16 points in 22 minutes off the bench
You do love to draw attention to yourself with hot takes, but a Pistons-Mavs/Clips final? That is definitely an outside the box prediction as none of those teams made it past the first round last year. With the anemic east Detroit has a shot, but the Mavs and Clippers will be lucky to get past the Twolves, Houston, and the SA Wembys, much less Denver and OKC.My bold prediction for this year is that the Pistons will make the NBA Finals.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the Mavs or Clippers made it either from out West when they are fully healthy.
Liam starting for the Hornets tonight and so far is playing well…outplaying the Kon… hoping Hornets cutting Dinwiddie is related to Hornets feeling good about Liam
Embiid lost a ton of weight, overdue considering the state of his knees
Julian Champagnie had 15 points on 5 threes. Castle assisted every single one. If Champagnie ever gets a bigger contract, he owes Steph part of itHim and Kon ended with pretty similar numbers overall and seemed to play well together. I don't think they are necessarily competing for time because they play pretty different positions. The fact one was taken so much higher than the other is absurd though. Kalk played well also. He's going to be a solid bench big for years.
Castle absolutely balled out in his minutes today. I hope he can get his 3PT% up to around 32% and his FT% to 78-82% this year because he is so good at everything else.
Cam had 11, 5 Assists, 3 boards in 21 minutes. Dude just puts up solid numbers whenever he plays.
Tyrese had a workman 7-6 in limited minutes
Newton had a bad night with 3pts and 3assists with 3 TOs in 20 minutes
Can't wait for the season to start.
Busy day

Right over Wiseman. He is so good.
Crazy how every time I check to see what the ignored post is it’s a response to something I said. You do love to draw attention to yourself with hot takes, but a Pistons-Mavs/Clips final? There were plenty questioning why he’d want to force himself at PG too. Hope Fox takes all the time he needs to rest his hammy so he can continue to show why.And some people were questioning his explosiveness while here. LOL!

Andre Drummond with 7 and 4 in 10 minutes, entering his 14th season. Why do people here forget about AD?
