The way this one played out was very reminiscent of the Kings series two years ago where they got blown out in game six at home and then stormed back with a resounding road win in game seven. Slightly different circumstances, but these game 7s that feature a vet-laden team against an up-and-comer all seem to play out the same way regardless of who's at home. Everyone's so spent physically that nothing will go down from deep and since the refs swallow their whistles it's hard to score at the rim. I think knowing how those games are called and what your body's capable of and what its not puts the more experienced team at a huge advantage.Impressive stuff from the Warriors in game 7 after they looked beat down and exhausted in game 6
Alas, as was the case two years ago, I expect this to be the last series they win. They're counting on their trio of vets to shoulder a workload right now that would be a big ask for three guys in their mid-20s. The next series is every other day through game five (at which point, for some reason, they will be given three full days off before game six). If they can make it to game six I give them a shot, but it'll be a tall task.
