Really like that nesmith pick for Boston.

He's basically Danny Green reincarnated. Same height and wingspan. Should get a lot of open shots from Kemba, Tatum, and Brown penetration, and likewise he'll create some spacing for them.

RJ Hampton’s slide is fascinating.

would be a fun guy for Danny at 26. Worth cutting guys like wanamaker and semi to potentially develop.

Pritchard is not a normal Danny pick.

but analytically he’s a good bet to make it in the league in some way

Knicks fan here and I've never been happier with a 1st round draft pick in the Dolan era. Can't believe we got Obi. He was my dream pick after his 2019 run but didn't think we'd have a chance at 8.

His emotions tell me all I need to know about him and solidifies why I wanted him. True passion for the city and the franchise and a dream realized for the young man. Good on him.

I'm going to miss him when Dolan bans him from The Garden at some point.

Knicks took a great start to the draft and then ran it straight into the ground. Sounds about right

I need to keep track of what they did.

But I didn’t like obi at 8.

They also turned 27 and 38 into 25 and 33 in a few hours

And then immediately traded 33 for 2023 2nd rounder

Danny not having a great latter part of the draft either.

Obi at 8 I loved, seems to be a 50/50 split on that one. Immanuel Quickley at 25 was meh, other shooters/PGs I think were better but I can't hate it too much. Trading 33 for a 2023 2nd seems like a net loss no matter what happens, virtually no chance that ends up as valuable

Is it normal to have this many foreign players drafted?

First time Duke didn't have a first round pick since 2010. And the first time since 2013 they didn't have a lottery pick. How many McDonald's All Americans were on last year's team?

Idk what the answer is, but so many kids get horrible advice. Thinking their going to be round 1 kids and slip mid second-> undrafted.

There are a lot of Big East kids in that situation right now sitting on the board still

Powell was a great college player but really doesn't fit the NBA game IMO, he is pretty small and not overly athletic. I am a little surprised someone didn't take a flyer on Howard, he's a poor man's Trae Young and I thought that would entice someone.

Ty-Shon Alexander missing out on being picked isn't surprising but is disappointing. Hate to lose a guy with his ability that doesn't end up getting picked. We will see if he lands somewhere as a FA, but damn we would have been elite if he stuck around.
