Sept. 25 is National One-Hit Wonder Day! A day where we can celebrate those songs that topped the charts but then their performers faded away from the music scene. What are some of your favorite one-hit wonders?

Question Mark and the Mysterians had a #1 hit with their debut single 96 Tears in 1966. They released some other songs but never had much success again and I think they qualify as a one hit wonder.

Dexys Midnighth Runners - Come on Eileen. A GREAT song - loved it when i was in college. I never could understand half of what they were saying until websites like Lyrics.com were created.
