I like his focus on winning and being aggressive. he's not emotionally demonstrative but clearly there's a strong desire to compete.

He feels he can play and guard 1-5 but interesting that he sees himself as a big guard. Without the need to really compare and contrast in detail, I get a Tayshaun Prince vibe. Probably just based on getting a lot of productivity out of the same frame.

[I just looked back at the 2005-2006 Pistons roster to check on the spelling of Tayshaun before posting. Billups shot 43.3% from 3, and Hamilton 45.8% as the starting back court, with Tony Delk subbing at 42.6%. That type of shooting = winning and if Danny can get that for us we might be able to catch Wooden]

Was that a double header?
I was annoyed because it was harder than I expected to figure out if this was a single game or if it was his stats for the day and it was just a misleading headline, but I can confirm it was in 1 game: Highland School vs Dematha – DMV Live

Also, this was part of DMV Hoops live so he was playing for his HS, Highland School and not for Team Loaded. It was against Dematha though so I'm assuming the competition was pretty decent.

Almost Everyone wants to play down a position these days unfortunately

6’9 and really nice skill set. A fluid and pretty stroke, high release on catch and shoot…I really like this kid.

Especially if, as his stats indicate, he also gets boards.
He has a nice high release- reminds me of Cam in that respect. WOW, can you imagine a 6’9 Cam?

I didn’t make the connection until I saw this pic, but he’s the dude from the Isaiah Abraham mini documentary:

Start watching from around the 30 second mark. It looks like he and Isaiah know each other very well and share(d) the same mentor/trainer?

Impressive to have spotted this and the connection to Abraham. Kudos to @david

UConn: “Everyone knows Dan Hurley's on a mission and he’s bringing his best players along with him to do that and he’s definitely been getting them better. That’s certainly appealing to me as a player. The tenacity that his teams play with is something that will give someone like me or any other player a longevity in the NBA.”

41 points is wow
27 rebounds is something I haven't even heard of in ages
6 blocks is exceptional
Please tell me the other team could be considered competition
27 rebounds is a huge percentage of all rebounds unless every shot in the game was a miss
These numbers have my attention
Sort of reminds me of Roosevelt Bouie.

I’m not sure why the Kentucky coach being there matters. Like saying Iona coach was there. I don’t get the point.
I wish that were truly the case with UK and Duke. We shouldn’t be losing recruits to pope and scheyer but their brands have staying power. Hopefully it doesn’t last much longer. Self and KU is the only coach/program on our level.
