This weekend:

WVU, Ville, Rutgers and maybe Cincy to the Big 12

ND and UConn to the ACC

You'll see it on the ticker by Sunday.

Sounds good to me!

Make it so. At this point I could care less whether it's the B10, B12, or the ACC. I just want the insanity to stop so we can all go back to arguing about whether it's plays or players.

Love to see it happen!!

Agreed. Its only been about two weeks and it feels like we've been grinding through this for years now. Ill sign up for any scenario that secures our BCS future including a restructured big east. Just make it stop.

Since things are bouncing off the wall...

Florida State and West Virginia join the SEC this week along with Missouri

Notre Dame and Rutgers head to the Big10 and, shockingly, they take Maryland along with them. The Big10 doesn't know who to invite for the 16th spot, so they call Pitt, and Pitt jumps at the chance!

The ACC adds its 12th school: UConn

TCU, Louisville, BYU, Cincy give the Big12 twelve teams.

Villanova upgrades its football program and joins the MAC.

So, ACC = 12 teams (future candidates: USF and Louisville)
Big 12 = 12 teams (future candidates: Houston and SMU)
Big 16 and SEC are set at 16.
Pac 12 wonders where it went wrong (future candidates: San Diego St and UNLV)

Upstater, you had two nightcaps tonight and a bottle of wine with dinner.:)

B12 2016 contract is scheduled to pay $20 million per team.

The long term projections are not looking good if they add smaller market MSAs

Missouri is calculating if a $30 million B12 buyout upfront can ever be paid off by collecting an additional $5 million for 4 years. What else is in the SEC bag?

What i'd love to see is, as long as doing "off the wall" scenarios and all.
- first move would be the B12 keeping Mizzou and grabbing WVU, UL, UC, USF, UCF, TCU and BYU to get to 16.
- the same day this is announced, the B1G announces they've added UConn, RU, Maryland, and ND and locks up the DC - NY/NE corridor.
- the very next day, the SEC, realizing 16 super conference have arrived, adds Clemson, FSU and VT.

That would be a lot of fun.

USF and ECU to the ACC?

USF already to B12.
ACC scrambles and adds ECU, UMass, Nova, Temple, Navy, and Army to get to 16.

Time for me to wake up now.

Probability of any one of those events this weekend = 8%
Probability of all those events = <1 %
