Murals at the Civic Center appraised at $4 M

I hadn't seen anyone post this yet, but as part of the Civic Center renovations, they were going to get rid of the two murals over the doors going into the mall side of the stadium. Someone noticed that they were by some famous artist.

I have been through those doors many time and never even noticed them.
