Serious question? Does St. John's still have a fervent fan base or is MSG going to be two-thirds UConn fans tomorrow?

I had great seats for three in 106. One person tested positive for Covid and I'm under the weather when I have to be at 200%, so I decided to rest. Sold them today

Bummed, I love MSG and plan to be there for the BET

Represent people, make noise, I want to hear Red's cheer all day long

To MSG regulars, is spending $65 to sit in the 400 level worth it, or would I be better off at a bar/at home?

I'll be there. First UConn east coast "road" game that isn't really a road game. Should be much more enjoyable than my usual trips to Marquette or DePaul though I was impressed by the quantity of UConn fans in Lawrence earlier this year.

Nice bonus seeing UConn live as the #1 team in the country this week. It's been 18 years since I last saw them as #1 when they played Indiana in Bloomington eons ago in 2006.

I suppose their base is on the uptick. I'm hoping for 40% to 50% UConn. 67% seems high but would be awesome

I think New Yorkers show up to see this game, although they may be "casual fans"

I am on the Metro North from New Haven at the moment. It's packed with UConn fans.

Great day to be a UConn fan. Met folks up and down the coast from outside Boston to all over Westchester and everywhere in between heading in today. That game was an absolute blast.

Curious what everyone thought the split was. UConn fans seemed loud but not sure if that was just my section

Pretty sure the uppers and 200s were at least 80% UConn. Looked like lowers had a heavy UConn presence too.

More Johnie fans. 60-40
As many UConn fans as always but Pitino got the word out and there seemed to be a nice showing by the Johnnies fans today. That probably ended about 2pm today for the year:D

I was in the 200’s this afternoon and there was probably a 85/15 pro UConn crowd. We came 2 buses deep from Ct

Matt Norlander of CBSSports says 50/50.

The split on Saturday was close to 50/50, with St. John's red covering a lot of the lower bowl — but UConn navy blue almost entirely coating the higher sections. It's the best neutral-court environment you're going to get before we turn to March.
