The owner of the Suns and the Mercury is requiring employees to sign contracts to include arbitration.

Sources: Suns workers asked to limit lawsuits

The Phoenix Suns asked employees to sign agreements limiting their ability to sue the team in order to keep their jobs, multiple sources told ESPN.

The Mountain West targeted the wrong MAC school. I think the Ohio Bobcats would have been a better target. The Bobcats have scored more points against Ohio State this season - 9 - than any other school, including Texas and Washington.

My guess- “let the next president and AD figure it out!” while making this move is at the top of the CV for the current officeholders as they climb the corporate ladder themselves.
