Q obviously has some more upside, and her performance so far including last year has been pretty good, but pretty good could mean last in playing time on this roster if everyone was healthy. Last year by the end of the season she was #7 in the rotation out of necessity. This year both Morgan and Allie are getting a few more minutes, and if Caroline was healthy I think she would be behind her too.
That is not a critique of Q, rather a sign of how deep this year's roster is. Q had a PER (player efficiency rating) of about 17 last year which put her in the 65th percentile (above average) but also that was against Uconn's schedule which was much tougher than the average Division 1 team, so she easily could have been in the top fifth or so of Division 1 players, but still this year be near the end of the bench.
We have a tough stretch of upcoming games, but when we settle in to the Big East schedule, all of the talented players that are just outside the rotation will get at least some minutes fairly often to make their case for more time. Whoever does wind up third string so to speak, that will still be a pretty good player that could probably start for most Division 1 programs.
