Moriah won't win it this year, as Odyssey is, but being nominated this year will make it more likely she'll win before she graduates.

So proud of her and happy that she is getting the recognition that she deserves. She really is one of the very best PG's in the nation right now, and I believe she will be the winner of that her junior AND senior years. Yeah, she's that good...

I agree with Eric. I'm happy to see her getting recognized. She plays with 4 AA's including the possible NPOY, so it's easy for her to get overlooked. Plus she improved so much from last year. She has been great this year. She has a record A:TO ratio, shoots at a ridiculous percentage, and has taken over games on the defensive end. I think she's a top 15-20 player right now. I think her only competition next year will be from Alexis Jones and possibly Kelsey Mitchell. Moriah will be the standard that others are compared to.

Her jump this year was huge, and absolutely necessary, given that Bria leaving is such a big loss. Moriah can compensate.
