Only 12 minutes? I thought that when she was in the game she was very effective.

Is that what her minutes were??? But she was mobile, blasting to hoop, rebounding and getting loose balls. She facilitates offense.
I was really impressed with the ball movement on offense almost all night even with all the different groups in there. I don't remember ever seeing the number of combinations of so many different players, and such excellent flow. This team is even better than I thought. And I thought they would beat Stamford by 40-50!!!!

Geno was just saving Tuck , and others, for the 3 big games he know are coming up. You will see more of Tuck, Stewie, Stef, and KML over our next 3 games. He doesn't want any injuries or fatigue so he gave them a little more rest in a game he knew w would win.

Not to over state the obvious, but ESPECIALLY after Moriah's performance Saturday, anyone who thinks Morgan should start over her is looney tunes. Even Geno had high praise for Moriah after the game.

With regards to Morgan, not sure why she got only 12 minutes. I think Geno may have wanted to get Saniya a lot of minutes in her first game in an easy win and also the same for Kiah, as well as Brianna. Geno has said he never has anything to complain about vis-a-vis Morgan, so I can't imagine any negative reason for her limited minutes...

I'd guess he was more interested in giving Stokes a lot of time yesterday. Face it, more than half the game yesterday was garbage time. He had Stokes on the floor with a very small line up for a big chunk of the 2nd half. I'd be surprised going forward to see Stokes get more time than Tuck, at least in more competitive games. If Stokes gets big minutes in a tighter game, I'd hope the reason is Kiah has really turned a corner. If Tuck becomes the primary sub for Dolson, it isn't a great sign since I'd hope she is more the Stewart or Lewis sub. Of course, we should find out very soon how often we can expect to see this group in a competitive game.

Tuck could even star with Mo, with Hartley sitting and Stewie at the 2.

I certainly predict a season in which many different Husky's step up with big games.
Ironically, making it more difficult for the AA deciders.

The Alyssa Thomas' of the world may seemingly have better stats.
Because so many on this team have the ability to go off…Tuck, Chong, Hartley, Mo, and the entire front line.

But of course if Ms. Thomas is neutralized again, that will be three games in a row…hence my little joke in a different thread.

Only 12 minutes still seems strange to me. Also the new brace. Wasn't she playing without one for a while? Is there pain or something going on? Maybe I'm a worry-wart because like many of you I am very fond of her.
Contrast to BB who is playing with out a brace.

She looked like she was moving fine to me. Didn't seem like the knee was bothering her. I think Geno was just trying to get a look at some specific line ups in the first half which limited her minutes. The Dolson(6'5"), Stewart(6'4"), Stokes(6'3") frontline was the most interesting to me. Especially since Stewart.. and it seems now Dolson... can make shots from beyond the arc.
