Both Tuck and Loyd look to have had good games. They'll be seeing a lot of each other in the years ahead.

Does anyone share my share my appreciation for Morgan's mature-beyond-her-years media presence? It seems that she is usually the one quoted after a game, before anyone else, with a clear and concise response.

I was thinking the same. Her quotes sound -- well, like a UConn upperclassman, and an articulate one at that.

With all the talk about Breanna's greatness we might be forgetting that Morgan is a stud. She will be one of the great players along with Breanna at UConn. IMO both will be AA's and on the wall after they finish their collegiate careers. With no injuries we will dominate for a number of years.

Morgan and Bolingbrook are putting together another very nice season.

Eight Division 1 recruits, but no more Ariel Massengale for Bolingbrook. And they are still routing the oppostion.

i think the secret is out. Milford and I have been on the Tuck bandwagon since day one and both of us feel not only is she a top 5 recruit, she may well be #2 in the class. if you believe that Alexis Jones is slightly better than Moriah, we either have #1,2 and 3 or #1,2 and 4. either way, Tuck is going to be special. there's a reason Geno said UCONN may well not lose a game for 2-3 years starting next season. and that's taking into consideration Baylor brings everyone plus Griner back. If UCONN lands Diamond and Taya, you can extend that out another year.

Morgan is having as good a season as anyone, including Breanna. Morgan may be a more conventional player, whereas Breanna has a very rare skill set, but Morgan is putting up very big numbers against good competition game after game. She is not playing like the #15 player in her class. As Eric notes, top 2-3 is not a stretch. As a reminder, she was the national FOY. She seems 100% healed from her leg injury and is simply dominating now.

Did anyone watch the game? The linked article mentioned that both Morgan and Jewell scored 23 points; however, it appeared the Bolingbrook defense was completely focused on Jewell (at least double-teaming her). Was the Niles defense similarly focused on Morgan?

As our freshman class next season develops Ive got to wonder how many of our starters over the next couple of seasons will be 1st team AAs and Im sure a couple will be second team AAs. Think about it. My 195-0 prediction from a few years ago could be history.

Morgan was ranked #1 prior to her injury a few years ago and she is having a monster year<agreed>against top competition. The more that this season goes on it is becoming apparent to many more that she is very special. Whatever the final rankings are,we have 3 kids who will be McD AAs and might just be #1,#2 and the 3rd could be
#3,#4,or #5! I do believe Breanna is going to #1 and National Player of the year, but who cares lol this is a phenominal
group! Morgan's poise in her comments indicate that she as well as CT kids are bright and mature beyond
their years!

Morgan is extremely talented and extremely experienced for a high school player. She's played on a lot of championship teams alongside quality D1 players, not mention Team USA experience. Additionally, she's someone who can play either the three or four fairly seemlessly, and might even be able to play a two or five in very situational lineups (i.e., going big/small).

Geno is going to have the opportunity to play mad scientist over the next few years with Breanna, KML, and Morgan on the roster...and if we've been living right, maybe Taya and/or Diamond too.
