As a track coach, jumping is a must. Paige is jumping out of her shoes in the last two games. The year off where Paige watched every move in every game gave her the know-how to block shots. As Geno stated, almost all of her blocks are on players she is not guarding one on one. I'll wager that in Paige's PT over the last year, plyometrics/jumping was a drill. Coming off her own player, Paige can gather herself and "get up."
Morgan seems to get it too, but more in your face.
Now Paige joins Aubrey as the players who can sky--and sky regularly. The other team members should take note.
What I like most in the video is the intensity she showed with her teammates after the block.
What I want to see out of the current team is that same thing while in the game, especially from ICE and Amari. The rest of the team seems to have it. Love it, Morgan!
