Monday 4/1/19 Games

Baylor to me is the fave to win it all. I'll be surprised if tonight's game is close. Brown and Cox are too much.

Didi Richards, transfer here please. So intelligent; the "does everything" player; great for the system.

Every play has her footprints on it so far.

If Gustafson doesn't get any help from this supporting cast, this could get ugly. Got to have others contribute.

One look at Mulkey screaming at officials is making me realize what I just don't like coaches that freak out during the game. The difference between Graves and Vic yesterday was night and day - Graves sitting in his chair, cross-legged, letting his kids do their thing, while Vic was screaming and gesticulating basically non-stop. Guess that's why I like Geno, Walz, Tara, and Graves so much - they don't throw a fit (and their clothes) all over the sidelines. Sheesh.
Geno?!

Not exactly a high scoring game. Hope it doesn't turn into Mizz State - Stanford.

Baylor already spanked Iowa earlier this season. I don't see anything yet that makes me think this will be any different. Hope I'm wrong. Would like to see another exciting game.
Huh? Baylor hasn't played Iowa this season. Are you thinking of Iowa State?

It came up as a notification on my ESPN app. It’s on her instagram as well.
Thanks. I HAD to go to the main Women's board to check out the thread, so I, at least, appreciate your announcement.

Man, I don't know what I was looking at? You're right. Sorry about that mis-information everyone.

Baylor bigs aren't as dominant as they were in earlier games; not always making their mid-range shots.

A couple 3's from Doyle stop the bleeding momentarily. Again, Iowa must get 3's from at least a couple different guards to even make this a game.

I'm calling time of death on this one with 1:00 to go. 41-25 Baylor

I was trying to watch, but I'm just not interested. Turned it off at exactly this point. Will tune in to the 2nd game.

And it doesn't even feel like Baylor has played particularly well, and they're up by 16 at the half.

Iowa's chances were gonna hinge on their complementary cast, and they're simply not up to the task.

Iowa lost by 34 to Notre Dame back in late November. Will Baylor beat them by more?
