Mojo is both ephemeral and fickle.

Last year I went to a local sports bar (with a particularly cute bartender) and UConn lost 2 of 2 games I watched there.

Then I went to a different sports bar (the one where the cute bartender wore an ankle monitor. Go figure) and the Huskies won out.

Then came Maui, and that second sports bar no longer adds that certain something, as you all may surmise.

Found a new (to me)sports bar. UConn v Texas. Results speak for themselves.

Now, I have a lot of faith in this team. There are all the pieces. But there is a boatload of development to be done.

And we all need to get about our important Mojo activities.

Look around. Pay attention. Ephemeral, as I say.

And this business of blowing the U C O N N thread in advance of a game ie inexcusable.

I would have helped out, but Mojo prevents me from posting the day of a game. Curiously enough, Mojo also prevents me from wearing any UConn gear on gameday.

Mojo is fickle, as I say.

This will not be an easy year for the team. We all need to do our parts.

Pay attention and quit slacking off.

We all have jobs to do.

Sill working on 24/25 Mojo. Last year’s clearly didn’t work for Maui. Saw Texas game in a New Orleans bar, started watching Gonzaga game at a bar/restaurant where I saw them lose to PC in early 2023. Old gear clearly not working. Maybe my hockey jersey which I wore to the Lemoyne game.

Hard to turn away from a cute bartender sporting an ankle monitor. Leaves you wanting more background. Maybe return back in between game days.

I love how the Mojo somehow always loves people drinking beer and sitting in sports bars. Funny how it never involves push ups or a treadmill.
That’s because u need to try something to see if it works.

Yeah, that’s what let us beat Lemoyne!

I don't believe mojo activities are aspirational, as all aspirations should be focused on the win. That said, while you mentioned exercise, I don't ever recall any mention of beating the kids, taking a dump in the front yard, or having the wife peg you (although that may be aspirational for a few folks here).
