The reason I know he is because all I wanted was him with the ball in his hands. The 3 and the FTs were automatic. The man has his limitations but I’ve NEVER questioned a shot of his not going in during a clutch moment. Ice since frosh year.

I just hope it’s called fairly. I was thinking that if Boozer put up 31 and 27 it would be all anyone talked about. Reed is an absolute beast this tournament and is unfairly overlooked by national media.

I wasn't sure if it was appreciated or not, but nobody told me to shut up so I kept doing it. I don't know what kind of weird Twilight Zone episode I was in that let me see 5 seconds into the future.

UConn = winning. We win pretty, we win ugly. I prefer the former, but the latter will do. This team has been clutch all season. How many close games have we won? It takes a lot of heart and strength to stay focused after blowing a lead like that.

Both teams missed a lot of bunnies, something about those rims. When they canned a miracle three at the end of the shot clock, it felt like it was going to go sideways. The fellas just kept going and ground one out again.

Our FT shooting almost did us in, but Reed going 4-4 down the stretch and absolutely carving out the paint to get the intentionally missed FT was massive. Our seniors led this game.

Silas was tentative, short armed evwrything, refused to make bold passes. MS was very mediocre. We had no second ball handler with Solo and Braylon very shakey handling the rock. I don't know how we got by with that sort of production from our guards.

Solo had an important game for him and us. Not dominant by any means, but we need that to be his floor.

Why can't we just play dialed in all the time? No lead is safe with this team. We match up better with Duke than SJU so I like our chances on Sunday. Going to need to really make Boozer work with Reed.

We won this game with our PGs scoring a combined 5 pts. Just goes to show how many different ways this team can win.

It never really felt like we were going to lose that game . This team has been in and won that kind of game all year.

I am not going to complain once about the refs on Sunday. My mental state is "UConn Against the World." They are going to have to perservere and fight.

The story line of Dan vs his bros school. I am hoping we can thank St. John’s for beating Duke up a little for us. MSU was far less physical than I thought they’d be.

I thought Izzo got outcoached. Fears kept getting repelled and trapped with the high hedge.

You can tell he isn’t quite 100 % still has no lift at all on his shots. But his lateral movement and quickness is right there. His defense tonight was excellent especially that last msu possession

Tough to get strength back quick in that ankle. They have done a great job to have Silas as ready as he is. Nice job Malachi!
