Whoever wins. Let's not try to pick. We can beat whoever it is, and I bet the home court advantage will be even bigger.

Let's just take whoever the mojo gods offer up.

Both incredibly tough in my mind. I pick Virginia because MSU can tie us with 3 titles and Virginia can't.
 
it doenst matter to me I said the same thing in the UNC Iowa State game, looking at it now I'm glad we played ISU because it prepares us better to face either of these 2 teams. Were not the perfect team but we are tough and played in a lot of close games I don't care if we have to face the Miami Heat.
 
Virginia is a better match-up. Though both teams are physical but Mich. St. is scary. Though we are UCONN and we can beat either team with the big 3 playing like they are now!

Lots of UVA fans here. Not that it should matter much to us, but they sound way louder than msu.
 
I get the "we don't care", but give me UVA all day every day. And yes, they have a damn good team.

Paine would be a serious problem for us.
 
Upsides:
vs VA - a chance to knock out the almighty ACC's last standing team (not counting UofL yet)
vs MSU - home crowd payback from the '09 FF in Detroit

Either way, bring 'em on.
 
It doesn't matter what we want, I think we are going to be playing MSU. My position on UVa hasn't changed. I got sidelined tonight, otherwise I would have given the 2 points.

It doesn't matter, cause we are UConn. But I would rather play UVA, very similar to Cincy. Michigan State is going to win though, because they are really good
 
I picked UVA in my bracket...so UVA. I also picked Uconn to beat UVA in the elite 8 and my brackets doing damn good so we should all sign up for my bracket being right :)
 
that payne might be a tough matchup for brimah. and aside from him who's gonna guard him????? not saying we can't beat them but i'm rooting for UVA.

Many overtimes, yes, break the Garden record, play 'til Sunday morning, don't care whether the Wahoos or Sparty end up winning. Go UCONN!
 
We are quicker than Virginia but MSU is physical and looks to score inside. i think we shoot the 3 better than both. I also think we defend better. Virginia
 
I was hoping for Virginia but wouldn't say it before the end of the game for fear of upsetting the mojo. I felt MSU was the better team all along and Izzo is a great coach, especially in the postseason. Doesn't matter, we can get it done.
 
Anyone who was at that Detroit final four is looking for payback for the treatment we received in Ford Field by the Mich St fans.
 
The Detroit FF was the worse group of fans I have ever been around since Dook in 1999.

I know they have no jobs- and their city is a wasteland - but that is not enough of a reason to push my wife on the way out of the game. They were lucky I was tired and my wife knows Kung and just wanted to leave or it might have been - DOOM - for them.

I'm up for some payback.
